48 hours per fortnight (0.6FTE)
24/7 rotating roster including weekends

We are seeking an enthusiastic and positive person to work in the Central Reception of the hospital.

We are ideally looking for someone with several years' experience in a busy role, and it is essential that you have the following skills:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people - internally and externally.
Multi tasking ability
Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise your own workload, as well as work as part of the team.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) and related functions and generally be computer savvy with the ability to learn the other software packages used.
Naturally you will be able to recognise the needs, aims and aspirations of whanau from all culturally diverse groups within our community.

You will be required to deal sensitively and confidentially with all information and have a strong attention to detail.
