- Assist the truck driver in the loading and unloading of goods
- Ensure proper securing of cargo to prevent damage during transit
- Assist with navigation and route planning, using GPS or maps
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization within the truck
- Communicate effectively with the driver and team members
- Provide support during deliveries, including paperwork and documentation
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines at all times

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a truck runner or driver assistant is advantageous
- Ability to lift and move heavy items during loading and unloading
- Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude
- Basic knowledge of navigation tools, such as GPS and maps
- Physical fitness for tasks involving manual labor
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules
