**We have a few positions available on the North Shore**:

- 1 x Commercial Broker support (experienced) - MUST have level 5s
- 1 x Commercial Broker support - Insurance experience within commercial is necessary, level 5s would be ideal
- 1 x Commercial Broker support - Ideally insurance experience - open to Personal or commercial

**About the roles**:

- Act as a dedicated support resource, offering personalised assistance and guidance throughout their client engagements.
- Collaborate closely with broker to gather necessary information and identify opportunities for growth.
- Processing renewals and complete regulation and compliance documentation.
- Facilitate seamless communication between the broker and various internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of client transactions.

**What we are looking for?**:

- Existing experience within insurance - Personal Lines or Business/commercial space.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyse complex information.
- Professional demeanour and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Clear credit and criminal check
