We're seeking a Brand Portfolio Manager who is passionate about championing the ASB brand and bringing to live our brand promise of "Helping customers live life one Step ahead". In this exciting role, you will leverage strategic thinking and key insights to develop and execute portfolio plans that enhance Brand Love, Corporate Reputation, and Strategic NPS. Your work will be instrumental in amplifying who we are and what we stand for, ensuring our brand promise resonates in everything we do.

**Te tūranga | The role**:
As a Brand Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of key brand programs including sponsorships such as NZ Rugby, The ASB Classic, and Youthline across owned, earned, and shared channels, always striving for exceptional creative output. You will also oversee assigned budgets, maximizing return on marketing investment to drive brand success. The outcomes you will achieve are significant. You will own and develop key brand portfolios while executing impactful campaigns and initiatives that elevate our brand. Managing brand communications and guidelines, you will ensure they resonate with both internal and external stakeholders, driving brand understanding and engagement among our people.

**Ō pūkenga | About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will bring over 8 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields. You will have a strong background in communication and brand development within service industries or agencies, successfully leading campaign strategy and implementation across paid, owned, earned and shared channels. Your ability to turn insights into actionable strategies will be a key asset, alongside your fantastic relationship and presentation skills that enable you to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
