**About the Role**
We are searching for motivated and enthusiastic professionals, ideally with experience or a keen interest in Occupational Health and Vocational Rehabilitation.
This full-time role offers autonomy in managing your work hours and diary, even accommodating remote work. You're also welcome to collaborate from the central clinic in Christchurch.
The dedicated team collaborates with diverse funders nationwide, delivering a wide spectrum of workplace services. These encompass preventive initiatives tailored for businesses and individuals, early intervention services, holistic well-being support, reintegration into the workforce, and all of it infused with an element of enjoyment. The broad range of services available allows you to leverage your strengths to the fullest.
Within this role, you'll receive unwavering support from the Vocational Rehab Service Manager, positioning you as a key member of our experienced team.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Conducting workplace assessments to facilitate the return to work after illness or injury.
- Delivering patient education, training, treatment, and rehabilitation across various community and workplace settings.
- Collaborating with external partners, including specialists, general practitioners, and employers, to ensure seamless rehabilitation for clients.
- Flexibility to manage administrative and documentation tasks remotely.
