**About Us**:
Welcome to Mr Murdoch's, the go-to pub in the heart of Auckland CBD for classic pub bangers and a great time We've recently started hosting live bands every Friday and Saturday night, and our patrons are loving it. To keep the good vibes rolling, we need a talented Sound Technician / Audio Engineer to ensure our live sets run smoothly and sound amazing.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Set up and manage the sound system for live band performances every Friday and Saturday night.
- Ensure optimal sound quality for the audience and performers.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the sets.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and Bar Manager to maintain a seamless entertainment experience.

**Equipment You’ll Be Working With**:

- Behringer XR18 18-channel digital mixer
- Mic’d Pearl 5-piece drum kit with 3 cymbals
- 4 x Vocal mics
- 3 x Monitor speakers
- Fender Rumble 237-0503-900 200 Combo Bass Amp
- Professionally designed house system playing in all parts of the venue

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Experience as a Sound Technician / Audio Engineer, particularly in live music settings.
- Proficient in operating digital mixers, especially the Behringer XR18.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Passion for live music and creating an unforgettable audio experience for our patrons.
