Painting Wrokers

We are in urgent need of TWO Construction Painting Workers to start immediately.

Job Responsibilities

Prepares worksites, sanding all surfaces to remove old paint andcleaning up debris
Preparing surfaces by removing old paint or wall paper
Plastering surfaces and smoothing surfaces by sanding before paints
Preparing surfaces and fixing cracks and holes
Ensure using drop sheets to prevent damage to flooring
Use thinners and pigments to prepare required colours
Erecting scaffolding and ladders when required
Other duties as assigned

You will also have a basic knowledge of hand tools and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for 8 hours
Ability to lift 20 kg
Comfortable working in various positions, weather conditions, and heights
Punctuality and reliability
Able to work quickly and accurately
Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
High standard of personal hygiene.

**Place of Work**: Auckland

**Hours of Work**: Minimum 30 hours per week

**Wage rate**: NZ$ 26- NZ$30 per hour

**Qualification/Experience**: A minimum 2years experience as a Painter is must
