The Diabetes Service provides support in an outpatient setting for adults with Type 1 (including insulin pump therapy), Type 2 and Gestational diabetes.

Our team provides satellite clinics, facilitates group sessions and advises primary care practitioners in the nutritional management of diabetes.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be registered with the New Zealand Dietetics board, hold a current APC, and have 2 years' experience in nutrition and dietetics. We are looking for a clinician with:

- Experience in outpatient clinical setting
- Experience implementing and delivering structured education for people with diabetes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as time management and organisation skills.

Our excellent professional development support will allow you to meet your continuing competency requirements including regular professional supervision.
