Join our Libre front of house team part-time 2-3 nights (8-15 hours) per week. We serve contemporary Mexican inspired cuisine, and exceptional innovative cocktails, alongside craft beer, tequilas, mezcals and rums. Our service is upbeat and attentive.

As a bar and wait person you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a great time, from greeting guests with a warm welcome to thanking them at the end of their stay you will be dedicated to ensuring every customer— from regulars to first-time visitors — feels valued and satisfied.

That alongside supporting all the tasks needed to make that happen.

Hours vary typically 8-15 week, and you must be available Tuesday to Saturday evenings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly welcoming customers and following Libres service steps make our customers feel valued
- Anticipating needs and acting proactively to improve customers experience and exceed their expectations.
- Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and making suggestions & recommendations to meet customer needs and grow sales.
- Maintaining a clean working and service environment.
- A willingness and initiative to step in and support our small team.
- Ensuring we comply with our Alcohol management plan, the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 (and any amendments) and any other relevant legislation.

**Requirements**:

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service.
- Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and beverages is a plus.
- Applicants without the right to work in New Zealand will not be considered
