We are looking for a passionate Store Operations Manager to help lead our MECCA Wellington store in NZ. This is a full-time, 12 month fixed term position covering parental leave.

- Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and to ensure the store is always looking beautiful-
- Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups-
- Manage and audit stocktakes-
- Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing regular feedback-
- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our valuesWhat success looks like in this role:
- Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock.-
- Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development-
- A keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively-
