KONE are looking for a **Sales Consultant **to Join our Organisation based in **Auckland, **New Zealand. **In this role you will focus on customer budgeting with Asset Management Planning and anticipating future spends with a view to Kone selling all modernizations, full replacements.

Proactively generating revenue through Tender Repairs is a key component of this role with respect to driving profitable revenue. Working in a customer orientated and highly motivated team, you will proactively target clients to generate leads to up-sell elevator and escalator solutions. You will spend a large portion of your time out in the field developing existing business to drive sales and attain budgeted growth within our Maintenance team.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Building rapport with existing and new clients across a range of industries
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to capitalise on all lead opportunities
- Estimating, tendering and quoting small and large project submissions
- Upselling and cross selling at every opportunity
- Building strong partnerships with key internal KONE teams to facilitate a world class customer experience

**_What are we looking for?
- **
- A passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus
- Experience in Elevator & Escalator industry preferred
- Previous experience working in a fast paced, commercial environment
- Experience using CRM (e.g. Salesforce) is desired
- Demonstrated experience with tenders
- Self-motivated individual who is able to work independently
- Comfortable with Working from Heights and in lift shafts
- Customer service centric, who loves to grow existing business
- Valid New Zealand driver's license
