ROSE BAL LIMITED is looking for an orchard worker to join our team in the Bay of Plenty region. This is a fixed-term contract for 6 to 12 months with a minimum wage rate of $22.70 per hour.

**As an orchard worker, you will be responsible for**:

- Maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
- Pruning work as and when required at different orchards around the Bay of Plenty.
- Keeping your tools clean at all times for pruning.
- Working according to the guidelines provided by the manager and the authorised person in that orchard.
- Having the minimum buds in the bays required.
- Moving on to the next rows after completing the kick-out, leader clean up and properly tying of the canes.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- A good level of physical fitness and stamina.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A good eye for detail and quality.
