Painting Tradesworker

Our Company is a Painting services Company. We are currently looking for 5 Painting Tradesperson, who are willing to working in a challenging environment.

We require the following:
- Multilinguistic people will be given preference

Must be ready to travel and is a hard worker with patience.

Heavy lifting could be a part of the job.

Applicant must be physically fit in order to be recruited for this role.

A pre-employment medical and drug test will be a part of the recruitment process.

Flexible with working hours and should be able to work over the weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Must be able to Erect scaffolding and ladders and placing drop sheets to protect adjacent areas from paint splattering.
- Preparing surfaces by removing old paint and wallpaper, fixing woodwork, filling holes and cracks, and smoothing and sealing surfaces.
- selecting and preparing paints to required colours by mixing portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying additives.
- Hanging wallpaper, matching patterns and trimming edges.
- Cleaning equipment and work areas
- Must be able to repair windows and replace glass in wooden and metal frames.
- Must be able to lay and repair wall and floor tiles.

Base salary plus bonuses depending on your performance, efficiency and how smartly you perform.

Remuneration: $29.66 per hour

Minimum 30 hours of contract.

Location: Auckland
