Supervisor - Papakura

**As a supervisor, you will**:

- Make perfect coffee or Frappuccino for our valued customers
- Ensure every customer has an amazing experience in our store
- Keep the store clean and presentable and stock updated
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Contribute to a high performing team to ensure efficient running of the store
- Assist with new partner training, effective communication between you and the Store Manager for continuous development.
- Drive practices that embody Starbucks mission and values

**You will bring**:

- 1 years experience in customer service role in hospitality, ideally with experience leading or coaching a team
- Passion for customer service and creating special customer moments
- Strong time management and organisational skill to lead day to day operations on your shift.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationship with the team to create a warm work environment
- A positive, can do attitude and a commitment to working shifts
