**About the Role**:

- Monitor and operate CCTV systems to identify and assess security threats or breaches
- Respond promptly to security alerts, alarms, or distress calls, taking appropriate action as required
- Coordinate with on-site security personnel and provide real-time updates on unfolding situations
- Report all incidents, security breaches, and actions taken in a detailed and accurate manner to management
- When applicable, collaborate with law enforcement agencies to provide video evidence or support investigations
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions or technical issues

**About you**:

- A valid Green COA Security License, is desirable, otherwise you must be able to work with Red Badge to obtain one
- Proven experience as a Control Room Operator or similar role, preferably in a security or surveillance setting
- In-depth knowledge of CCTV systems, operations, and associated equipment is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Physical fitness to perform duties such as sitting for extended periods and monitoring multiple screens
