PAK'n SAVE Tauriko is seeking full time Butchery Assistant.

PAK'n SAVE Tauriko is seeking a individual to join our butchery team as a butchery assistant. If successful you will be part of a team that offers knowledge, support, training and employment development in a supportive and enjoyable environment. Our butchery department is busy and requires all hands on deck. You must be able to handle the smell of raw meat/blood and cold temperatures.

Two Full-time Roles:
Tuesday 0900-1900, Thursday 0900-1900, Friday 0900-1900, Sunday 0900-1900

and

Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 6am to 4pm

Responsibilities will be to:

- Ability to work well under pressure, meeting demands of the role, including heavy lifting and cold environment.
- Help pack products
- Ensuring temperature checks are maintained
- Adhering to the policies and procedures
- Cleaning to high standard
- Able to communicate well and follow instructions
- Dealing with customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Leadership Skills is ideal
- Applicant needs to be able to handle raw meat and blood for up to 45 hours a week.
