**Duties**:

- Analyse the membership life cycle and campaign metrics to strategise to retain and grow memberships
- Find new ways to talk to the market and improve members' benefits
- Creation of the marketing and communications plans
- Project management

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Digital marketing and communications background
- Previous experience using MS Dynamic or Mail Chimp would be ideal
- Previous experience with copywriting
- Qualification in marketing/communications
