**About the role**

Our Corporate department is looking for a lawyer to join the team in our Wellington office. As an intermediate lawyer in the team, you will advise on a full range of corporate matters across a broad range of industries and sectors and for a diverse group of local and international clients.

**Experience and qualifications**
- 3+ years PQE, including private practice and/or in-house.
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
- Ability to get on well with others.
