They will also display high presentation standards, honesty and an excellent work ethic.If successful, you will be responsible for assisting in ensuring the production targets for the department are met and all meat is prepared for sale as per the business guidelines / expectations.

This role will ideally suit someone who is a team player looking for a new opportunity. Hours & availability to be discussed. (FULL TIME)

What is required:

- Previous butchery experience
- Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good basic maths skills
- Unit standards 497, 167 & 168
- Customer service experience
- Food retail or fresh food experience
