**CLEANING SUPERVISOR - Blenheim**

We're looking for a
**Supervisor **to join our busy Blenheim team. You will be well supported, trained and busy in this full time, 40 paid hours/week role.

**Hours Of Work**: Mon to Fri from 12pm to 8.30pm

You will need to have a strong customer focus, an eye for detail and be able to use your initiative
- Your role is to supervise, train and manage the day-to-day frontline staff and tasks, ensuring client expectation is met and surpassed every time.
- QAs, learn payroll, toolbox delivery, covering sites when cleaning staff are absent, liaising with clients and ensuring a first-class service, etc.
- You will still be able to utilise your excellent cleaning skills with hands on cleaning
- You will need to have exceptional organisation skills to ensure your day is well managed and you are able to deal with any changes that present themselves
- The ability to relate to people of all ages and from all backgrounds is essential

**Please note: This is a physical, hands-on role, you will be cleaning.**
- You must have your FULL NZ drivers’ licence, as you will be operating company equipment and driving company vehicles during work hours. You must be able to drive manual and automatic vehicles. This is not negotiable due to insurance policies.
- You will need to be reasonably confident in using various computer programs including Microsoft office suites
- Ministry of Justice, NZ Police clearances required at all times
- You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- You will need to be able to follow instructions and communicate in English with management and clients throughout your shift - All of our H&S is in English only

If you have your FULL NZ drivers’ licence, keen to learn a variety of tasks and equipment, with some basic skills - we’ll show you how
