**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of risk management principles and experience in evaluating and improving control systems.
- Ability to stay updated on product safety and regulatory compliance concerns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to be available outside of standard work hours for urgent matters.
