**About the Role**:
The Supply Chain Compliance Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulations governing product manufacturing, packaging, safety, quality, and ethical standards. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the development and maintenance of a robust compliance framework aligned with relevant laws and organizational standards. Additionally, you will oversee the coordination of Tuapeka Gold Print's sustainability strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a compliance framework aligned with relevant laws, industry codes, and organizational standards.
- Conduct thorough reviews of our risk management framework and implement necessary changes.
- Coordinate sustainability initiatives and workshops with consultants and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external partners to develop our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) framework.
- Monitor and report progress on sustainability projects to the executive team.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated competency in developing and overseeing control systems to ensure compliance with legal guidelines and internal policies.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and experience in evaluating and improving control systems.
- Ability to stay updated on product safety and regulatory compliance concerns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to be available outside of standard work hours for urgent matters.
