**The opportunity**

Due to our exceptional growth, we’re now hiring our first social media marketer This is a fixed-term role that will see you working part-time for Paragon, up to 10 hours per week.

You will be responsible for our Communications, Social media and traditional Marketing initiatives to implement and enhance our marketing strategy. You will be responsible for our content creation, as well as assisting to update our website and manage social media channels (across visual content, advertising and analytics), online promotions and other marketing campaigns.

Other tasks include:

- Managing and executing Google Adwords.
- Analysing social media reports and be exposed to how a Recruitment and HR division works.
- Helping to prepare detailed marketing plans for our service products.
- Ingesting, improving and interacting with various data types.

**About You**

We’re after someone who wants to work part-time and be in the office with the team, grabbing ideas, great content pieces through conversations, and are there to help us to grow our presence in the digital world. We want someone interested in the recruitment, HR and evolving complimentary sectors

You are open-minded, willing to learn, and are excited by a broad variety of work. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various individuals/teams.

You have a true passion for Marketing and are looking to make your mark - you are self-motivated and driven to succeed
