**The Role**
The primary area of responsibility for this role will be to champion our food care and product usability focus for the development and delivery of premium refrigeration products. You will also be involved in research and innovation to develop new products and methods of testing for evaluating our refrigeration products.

A secondary area of responsibility will be conducting evaluation tests contributing to Product Development from initial scoping through to production, and beyond. The role requires an ability to follow defined test procedures and to accurately and systematically record, interpret, report and communicate test data as well as support laboratory and equipment maintenance. A good degree of practical hands-on skills is required as well as an understanding of the necessity for following a highly systemised approach.

Our ideal applicant has a relevant science or technical based qualification with good writing and communication skills. You need to be a methodical and practical professional with high attention to detail, and a skilled, collaborative team player who takes personal accountability for work outputs.
