Nurse Lecturer

The Nursing Lecturer is based in our EIT - Te Pūkenga will report to the Head of School, Nursing or Team Lead and will be responsible for:

- liaising and coordinating with other teams and lecturers in Tairāwhiti and Hawkes Bay
- contributing to ongoing development of teaching and learning in the online platform
- participating in the ongoing curriculum development for the Undergraduate Nursing/Health Science programmes as appropriate.

- About you**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- a wide range and up-to-date nursing practice experiences
- knowledge of the Nursing Council of New Zealand requirements for the Registered Nurse Scope of Practice
- an understanding of Kawa Whakaruruhau and current approaches to cultural safety in the delivery of learning.
