**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

About the role:
You will work within an enthusiastic, driven and inclusive team across an extensive range of files managed by a partner equally driven but with a down to earth approach to management.

Key responsibilities:

- Experience in commercial property, especially dealing with landlords/property owners.
- Rural property - around agriculture.
- Knowledgeable about sale and purchase of businesses and shares.
- Business structuring advice centered around shareholder agreements and succession planning.

To be successful in this role:

- Ideally you will have +2-5 Years PQE.
- Property and commercial experience.
- Trust and estate planning.
- Develop and maintain client relationships as very client orientated.
- Strong work ethic and communication skills.
