**About the Role**
This new and exciting role is pivotal to the success of Gallagher’s upcoming and ongoing HRIS implementation projects. With a focus on accuracy and precision, the People Technology Specialist plays a critical part in maintaining people data, enhancing system functionalities, and supporting various people technology initiatives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors this role streamlines processes, optimises system performance, and delivers successful people technology projects. **Key Role Responsibilities**
- HRIS Administration: Oversee HRIS operations, data integrity, audits, upgrades, and training.
- Project Management: Support HRIS projects, coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and recommending improvements.
- System Configuration and Maintenance: Customise HRIS, troubleshoot issues, optimise performance, and stay up to date on industry trends.
- Data Governance and Compliance: Establish data governance policies, collaborate on compliance, and conduct audits for security and privacy.
- Change Management and User Support: Plan and execute change management strategies, provide user support, and troubleshoot HRIS-related issues.
- Documentation and Process Improvement: Maintain up-to-date documentation, review processes, and communicate system-related policies and best practices.
**Desirable Educational Background and Technical Expertise**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field advantageous
- Proven experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role, preferably with some project management experience
- Strong knowledge of People systems, data structures, and processes
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob, IntelliHR, Workday, DarwinBox)
- Familiarity with people analytics, reporting, and data visualisation tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel. (& other data / reporting related tools eg. PowerBI advantageous)
