**What does an average day look like?**:
Every day is different. You'll join a dynamic team that works hard to deliver exceptional service to our originators, and you will get to work in an exceptional office with a great team. Your work will include some of the following:

- Data interrogation and deep credit risk analysis to provide accurate and robust reports that provide insights of credit and business risks
- Assist in developing and maintaining credit strategies and policies through the delivery of quality credit analytics
- Working with the wider team to ensure we deliver quality analytics on time
- As a data champion, you will be involved in coaching, training and upskilling other staff and stakeholders
- Work with other leaders and present to the Board or sub-committees
- Look for ways to improve our policy and processes

**You'll thrive in this role if you**:

- Have a solid working knowledge of credit products and credit risk methodology, with experience in the financial services sector
- Are a competent communicator, comfortable preparing business reports, and explaining technical processes in simple terms to non-specialists
- Are an analytical, detail-focused and curious person who is keen to utilise these strengths to drive great customer experiences and profitable growth
- Value-effective and constructive relationships and be willing to go the extra mile and look for ways to improve
- Are flexible, driven and passionate about customers; you can operate in and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic, but supportive environment
- Have sound knowledge of Microsoft suite and ideally other data analytical software (PowerBI, Tableau). Knowledge of SQL is preferable.
- Good analytical thinking and diagnostic interpretation skills, with a commitment to continual improvement
- A tertiary qualification, preferably a business qualification or significant professional experience in a relevant field/industry
