**About the Role**

From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings.

To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages, record mileage, refuel and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles to ensure we always have cars ready for our customers.

**What we are looking for**:

- Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role
- Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service
- Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)
- Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards

We operate 7 days a week, 7am to 8:30pm, so depending on the hours you are looking to work, could be scheduled to work early mornings, evenings and weekends (full Sunday but only half day on Saturday).
