The **_Bupa Parklands Care Home_** is on the lookout for Cook to join the kitchen. This permanent part-time role working Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 0700 am to 0100 pm (5.5 hours per shifts) and can cover additional hours to cover some leave.

As part of our Kitchen team, you will help create a homely and healthy place for our residents by planning and delivering high-quality menu programmes and other catering needs, ensuring that the individual food and nutritional needs of our residents are met.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Menu planning and implementation
- Food preparation
- General kitchen duties (dishwashing and cleaning)
- Adhere to Food Hygiene and Safety
- At times, assist with special event catering
- Ordering and Monitoring supplies

**About you**
- Experience working in a catering kitchen environment is preferable
- Take pride in your work and be willing to learn
- Be prepared to roll up your sleeve and get stuck into whatever needs to get done
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, care, and passion for making a difference in our residents’ lives
