**Job Description**:
SPM Awarua are seeking a Nightshift Rendering Supervisor for their plant based in Invercargill, Southland. The Nightshift Rendering Supervisor is a key part of the plant management team by ensuring the rendering plant is maintained and operating efficiently to ensure company objectives are met both short and long term.

Occasional call out and weekend work will be required.

**Qualifications**:
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following:

- Relevant experience; preferably in a rendering environment. Experience in food manufacturing or engineering would also be considered.
- A proactive approach to management, ensuring that the rendering plant operates efficiently and with mínimal down time.
- The ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organisational skills and the capability to cope with a variety of priorities and demands.
- Superior communication skills and teamwork.
- A good standard of computer literacy and administrative competence.
- A strong commitment to upholding health and safety standards.
