We are currently looking for a Loading Dock Cleaner to help and support our team based in Mount Albert, Auckland.

About you:

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand - Have a valid New Zealand Work Visa, Resident Visa, or Citizenship.
- Pass a Ministry of Justice (Criminal Conviction History) check
- Physically fit to do the job.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Good attention to detail.
- A reliable work ethic with great customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, following training and instructions.

About the role:

- Plan for safe and efficient cleaning activities in an environmentally responsible manner
- Being in charge of a daily routine that includes collecting bins from the loading dock/rubbish rooms and emptying them into the compactor.
- Cleaning the rubbish bins on a regular basis.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the loading dock.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are adequate.
- Manage and report any maintenance or safety issues to the relevant department.
- Ensure to comply with Health and Safety regulations and policies.
