Te Pae Hauora o Ruahine o Tararua MidCentral (MidCentral) is part of Te Whatu Ora, Health New Zealand and provides healthcare services to over 180,000 people across the Manawatū, Horowhenua and Tararua regions. **The Opportunity**
- Te Uru Pā Harakeke (Healthy Women, Children and Youth) has an exciting opportunity for a skilled equity leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as a Manutaki Arotahi Hua (Māori Outcomes Focus Lead).
- The Manutaki Arotahi Hua will provide strategic leadership, education, and support across the cluster in developing cultural competence and best practice. This cluster wide role will help to develop and ensure culturally safe, competent, confident, and responsive care is provided to whānau using bicultural practice models, Māori health models and Māori health strategies.
- The Manutaki Arotahi Hua will have significant experience of role modelling partnership, relationship building and strong influencing skills, with a strong understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitiangi.**Come and join us**
