**About us**

InfraCore aims to continuously improve the quality of life for Rotorua residents and visitors through the provision of high-quality cost-effective services.

We work within the public utilities and services space with a particular focus on waters infrastructure, open spaces, city cleaning, general civil works and nursery services. We deliver a range of operations and maintenance services under long term contracts, as well as taking on specific project works.

InfraCore takes pride in maintaining and caring for parks and reserves providing active and passive facilities for the enjoyment of the communities we serve.

Our work includes everything from annual bedding displays, perennial gardens, mowing, weed control, arboricultural services, revegetation programs, sports field renovations and the delivery of landscape projects to enhance the local environment.

InfraCore's nursery grows plants for both the home gardener and bulk commercial customers. Our knowledgeable team can assist with your plant queries.

Our plants are distributed all over the New Zealand, and are proudly displayed in the many public gardens, roundabouts and median strips around Rotorua.

At the nursery we lease plants for special events like school balls, graduations, party's & weddings.

**About the role**

This role will be a part of our nursery team supporting the operations of our nursery and travelling for the care of our plants for hire. Tasks includes:

- Daily responsibility for the care of healthy, attractive and fit for purpose Hire plants.
- Receiving, replenishing and managing stock.
- Provide customer centric and inspiring advice to customers for events or special orders.
- Provide hire plant’s quotes for customers.
- Admin duties such as recording all sales, invoicing, incident reporting, audit checks, and timekeeping.
- Spraying, weeding, watering and dusting as required.

**About you**

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has a current NZ driver's license
- Has a Growsafe Certificate
- Possesses horticultural knowledge.
- Is highly detail focused.
- Can work in a methodical manner.
- Can use online app-based programme to record inspections.
- has strong communication skills.
- Can be adaptable.
- Has proven capability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated.
- Has an understanding and commitment to hazard identification and risk assessment.
- Is physically fit and strong as the role require to move, deliver and display plants all day.
- Is positive, punctual and reliable.

**Desirable **attributes**:

- Proven customer support experience (minimum 2-3 years)
