**About the role**

Aged care nursing with Enliven provides a board range of clinical and leadership opportunities in a peer supported environment.

From the management of complex and chronic conditions, to infection control and wound management, from palliative care to rehabilitation, from assessment and support planning to direction and delegation - this role has it all.

You will build long-term relationships where you can focus on holistic wellbeing. You won't find a setting where the focus is on a single body part - we care for the person as a whole. It's comfortable yet challenging, and it's rewarding

**About you**

As well as a passion for the wellbeing of older people, you will be enthusiastic, patient and well organised. You will share our values of empathy, compassion, and respect and operate with a person-centred approach and high standards of quality care.

You will have great people skills. Whether you are spending time with staff or residents, it's all about the way we communicate with each other and how we get the job done that counts and makes the difference.

You will also:

- Be a Registered Nurse with current Annual Practising Certificate
- Have a passion for the care of the older person; a genuine desire to work in this field is important
- You may be newly qualified, or you may be experienced but you will enjoy holding a holistic nursing role that enables you to care for the whole person

Roles are available across the central North Island in Wellington, Wairarapa, Horowhenua, and Taranaki. You will have lots of choice about where you might want to make your new home
