**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heat pumps, chillers and refrigeration units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing effective solutions.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their HVAC needs and provide expert advice.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and job documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a focus on commercial ventilation and air conditioning systems.
- Relevant trade qualification or certification in HVAC.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license is required.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
