This role is based out of our Mangere office - Auckland, however, can be based Nationally for the right person This role will involve some travelling to attend recruitment events however includes flexible hours and opportunities to work from home

**About the role**
You will join a high-performing, collaborative and fun team dedicated to delivering exceptional recruitment services and supporting our people. Your role will be to coordinate and lead the end-to-end recruitment process and provide accurate and timely administrative support in any HR processes.
**A day in the life**:
On most days your role will consist of doing the following:

- Advertising vacancies
- Shortlisting applicants
- Coordination of interviews and references
- Processing pre-employment checks, collation of paperwork and onboarding new starters
- Monitoring the HR Inbox
- Career expo and community event involvement
- HR paperwork and tasks when advised.

Working directly for the Senior Human Resources Advisor will be a great opportunity for you to grow and develop.**About you**
We are looking for someone who will bring with them:
- An optimistic, can-do attitude,
- Superb attention to detail, prioritisation, and organization skills,
- Proven reliability, time efficiency and ability to manage own workload are expected,
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people from all walks of life,
- Exceptional writing skills, along with intermediate MS Office computer skills
- A tech-savvy nature with the ability to pick up new processes & systems quickly,
- A degree in HR or Management would be advantageous but is not required.
