**Opportunity**

We are seeking a committed and motivated individual for the role of **H&S Advisor** at our Penrose operation.

This is a challenging but exciting role that will see you play a key role supporting the delivery of Health & Safety objectives across our Penrose Mill operation, and to promote the delivery of OjiFS guiding principles for Environment, Health, Safety and Risk (EHSR). You will be an Advisor with the ability to influence others in sound judgment and decision-making; be a creative thinker; one who can be solutions and delivery focused, and above all have a great customer service ethos.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage, support and implement Health and Safety, through the coordination, and support of policies, procedures, safety initiatives and systems.
- Identify, understand and effectively manage Health & Safety and Environmental risks in our business.
- Co-ordinate and maintain safety training programs.
- Coordinate and assist with site safety meetings and H&S audit preparation.
- Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure their safety systems are aligned with OjiFS.

**About You**
- Relevant qualification and/or preferably a minimum 4 years working in large industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of an organisation.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Preferably experience with Risk Manager (H&S management system).
