**Ara Whiwhi Mahi **| The Opportunity**

We have a permanent opportunity for a Kaihāpai Pakihi**:

- **Business Support to provide high quality and effective administrative support across our Enterprise Design & Integrity business group and supporting our Te Kāhui Tūhono team.

In this role you will work closely with your peers, team members and manager to deliver a consistent level of customer focused service. In this varied role you will:

- Provide administrative support to our Leadership Team members including organising meetings, assisting with events, and assisting with purchase orders for invoices
- Supporting the Te Kāhui Tūhono team to update and manage their work programme and provide support across cultural events
- Working within the Executive Services Team you’ll be part of organising events, including Pōwhiri and Business Unit events

**Mōu | About you**

We are looking for someone to build relationships, ask questions, share information, and follow up with people. You will be organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail and will have a genuine interest in making a difference in both small and big picture ways.

To be successful in this position you will possess some of the following attributes:

- A passion for Te Reo Māori is a must Experience in Te Reo Māori would be advantageous
- Keen to move into or work within an administrative role
- An interest in building and developing relationships with leaders and other business support teams to deliver priorities and outcomes
- A strong sense of curiosity and an interest in learning new systems and ways of working
- An interest in identifying opportunities which add value to the team and your leaders
- Excellent communication skills, organisational and time management skills
- A keen understanding of the need for confidentiality and a high level of integrity
- The confidence to progress work without close supervision
- A friendly 'can-do' attitude and the willingness to pitch in and support the wider team when required
