In this role you will be responsible for:

- Forecasting and planning stock requirements with your suppliers
- Purchasing stock through SAP F&R
- Problem solving with out of stocks
- Supporting our DCs to achieve excellent store service
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve optimal DC stock holdings
- Contributing to the Private Label growth aspirations with the Category team and Foodstuffs Own Brands Limited
- Volunteering for the various and exciting initiatives in the DC Replenishment Team and the greater Supply Chain Team
- Contributing to a fun and vibrant team spirit

**About you**

As a Buyer in the Replenishment Team you play a key role in the planning, sourcing and stock inbound flow of the Foodstuffs North Island Supply Chain. This is a challenging and varied role requiring a high level of accuracy and technical abilities, coupled with enthusiasm and dynamic energy. You will love to achieve your goals and see your team celebrating success
- Tertiary degree in Supply Chain Management (preferred), Business Administration, Finance
- Working experience in a FMCG environment
- Proven problem-solving ability
- High understanding or learning ability with the technical aspects of supply chain/DC buying
- Highly skilled in stakeholder relationship building and communication
- Experience in previous buyer or merchandising roles
- A friendly, motivated and self-starting personality, committed to live our Foodies Values
- Working experience with a variety of ERP systems, preferably SAP
