**About the role**

We are looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join our Auckland City Hospital site. You will play a vital role in providing consignment stock inventory services to all customers both external and internal, that will be responsive, efficient and timely. You will be specialising in dealing with consignment stock only.

You will;
- Perform consignment inventory counts and checks in accordance with schedule outputs from Oracle
- Ensure count figures are uploaded to Oracle by the required cut-offs
- Timely and accurate receipting and delivery of goods in accordance with policies and procedures
- Ensure stock rotation occurs to avoid write-off of expired or slow moving stock
- Ensure labelling of all stock locations is maintained

**About you**

To enable you to hit the ground running we are looking for someone who is adept and equipped with:

- Secondary school certificate
- Consignment stock experience is a must
- Previous distribution / inwards goods experience
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skill
- Experience in using excel in a previous inventory role
