**About the Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a National Support Service Advisor, to be based at our Wellington Corporate Office. This role is integral to the success of CablePrice, and we are looking for someone with a willingness to step up and support our branches around New Zealand. The work will be fun and varied as you will be called upon to assist different branches at different times of need. In some cases where appropriate, this may include travel to the branch to work onsite with the team.

Your focus will be to provide assistance to our Service departments across New Zealand and provide solutions to our team for the delivery of service work to vehicles, ensuring the customer experience is positive and maximised.

You will be a key support person for branches from Auckland to Invercargill as and when required providing relevant, accurate, and timely information through each stage of the service process. As such it would be highly beneficial if you have Microsoft D365 experience or have worked with a similar Dealer Management System.

Other responsibilities include:

- Maximising after sales profitability using sound analysis and attention to detail
- Working closely with the service departments to ensure appropriate utilisation of resources
- Managing the work in progress (WIP) in partnership with the workshops across New Zealand
- Where required liaising with customers professionally both in person and by phone and keeping them informed of progress with any jobs

To be successful in this position you will have:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven organisational and planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal & written
- The ability to positively engage with all parts of the business
- High level of computer literacy
- The ability to perform under pressure and to prioritise and multitask in a time-driven environment
- Demonstrated problem solving, logistics and/or service experience.

Knowledge of the automotive or heavy transport industry would be desirable and will prove beneficial.
