**Job Description**:
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Extrusion Manager to join our team at Flight Plastics in Wellington

The role reports to the Operations Manager and would suit someone passionate about plastic technology and has a mechanical aptitude.
**Your primary duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Ensure that operators understand and follow specification sheets
- Oversee the optimisation of running of machines for maintaining productivity
- Use data analysis to drive improvements in machine efficiency.
- Develop and ensure start-up and running parameter sheets are available and up to date and followed by Operators.
- Develop and ensure product specifications are correct and optimised
