Dispensary Technician

Unichem Rolleston Village Pharmacy is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Dispensary Technician to join our supportive team. This is a busy role with varied tasks, from the dispensary to interacting with customers. We are therefore looking for someone with great time management and a high attention to detail. You must want to build relationships with the local community and enjoy working closely with doctors and other medical professionals.

**Do you have what we're looking for?**
- Must have Pharmacy Technician qualification in NZ - Level 4 or higher.
- At least one year Dispensary technician experience.
- Consistently accurate and efficient in the entering and dispensing process.
- Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our customers and other healthcare professionals.

**What the job entails**:

- Ensure smooth running of the dispensary.
- Experience with blister packs, preparation and sending of batches along with general daily dispensary tasks.
- Dispensary stock management and replenishment.
- Providing quality service and advise about healthcare information, product recommendations, to our patients and customers.
- Support our pharmacist and the various other services we provide.
- Experience with Toniq Dispensary Software is an advantage.

**Working Hours**:This is Full time role Monday to Thursday 9: 00 AM to 6: 00 PM with flexibility of more hours to cover sickness/holidays etc.
