**Salary details**: $63,450 to $74,442 + KiwiSaver

We are looking for individuals who can support our taangata whaiora and their whaanau during their admission period across our inpatient services.

Maaori are significantly represented across our services, which is why we are moving towards becoming a ‘culturally led, clinically underpinned’ service.

Delivering excellent care in a culturally responsive manner, to support the best outcomes for Maaori is fundamental to our mahi.

**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- To function as a member of an interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary team to contribute to achieving tangata whaiora goals.
- To report observed changes in tangata whaiora’s health status to the registered health professional.
- To have an understanding of potential/ actual risk factors and how to de-escalate and escalate to ensure the safety of our tāngata whai ora.
