Procurement Manager Interior Fit-out

Summerset is growing our Procurement function and we are looking for a Project Procurement Manager to join the team in **Wellington, Auckland or Christchurch**. This role will be part of the Construction Business Unit, reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager.

You'll play a leading and influential role in the procurement activities for our large-scale retirement village developments throughout New Zealand. You will be project managing the fit-out phase for our retirement village projects - managing the supply & installation of 25,000 - 30,000 items that will go inside our main buildings (FF&E).

This role will involve procurement of the items needed for each fit-out, followed being on site for 3-4 week programs, managing the fitout, coordinating our suppliers and ensuring our buildings are fully stocked and ready to go once handed over to the operations teams.

**You'll need to bring the following;**
- Minimum 5 years' experience within FF&E Procurement, Interior Design or Fit-Out Project Management
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Self-motivated with the ability to influence and motivate others
- Ability to work to project programmes & use MS Project & Excel
- High level of confidence, negotiation skills and top-notch relationship skills
- Ideally you will hold a Post Graduate Qualification in a discipline relevant to the role
