Job Title: Experienced HVAC Technician

Location: Auckland, New Zealand

**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with a trade qualification NZQA Level 4 or equivalent to join our client’s team in Auckland.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local building codes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC systems and make necessary repairs
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively
- Communicate with clients to determine their HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Estimate costs and provide quotes for HVAC projects and repairs
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete HVAC installations and repairs in a timely and professional manner

Requirements for this role:

- Trade qualification NZQA Level 4 or equivalent in HVAC or related field
- Fully Registered EST License with EWRB
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician (Post trade)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
