We have an amazing opportunity for a self driven, customer centric individual to join our Supply Chain team in Hastings. Reporting to the Distribution Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure all our products are in the correct locations to meet the sales requirements.

We are seeking an organized, personable, and detail-oriented individual with the ability to effectively engage the right stakeholders to address problems for our business.

**About the role**
- Monitor inbound deliveries to ensure all are receipted into 3PL and SAP inventory
- Ensure cold stores and transport companies receive correct information in order to meet sales & delivery requirements
- Manage and key all customer orders, create delivery and shipments, manage returns process and all customer interactions
- Manage inventory across all status’s - unrestricted, QI, blocked & distressed inventory and handle all customer interactions effectively
- Provide backup and support to the NZ Distribution Manager

**About you**
- Experience in customer service within distribution / supply chain environment
- Accurate data entry skills and document management
- Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships
- Social Orientation - the position requires working closely in a team environment, connecting with and interacting daily with others on the job
- Analytical thinking - the position requires analysing information and using logic to address work related issues and problems
- Initiative - the position requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges
- Outstanding, professional communication skills both written and verbal
- Effective time management skills including adherence to timelines
- Flexibility of working hours
- High computer literacy with strong skills in Microsoft word and in particular Microsoft Excel
