**About the role**

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge web solutions that align with our Genesis business strategy. This role offers an excellent opportunity to innovate and drive technological advancements within the energy sector. - Develop new features for websites and services and maintain existing ones in line with Genesis' business strategy.
- Deliver high-quality code following best design practices and coding principles.
- Participate in project planning sessions to define tasks, dependencies, and effort required to implement solutions.
- Investigate new technologies and contribute to the technical direction of the Development team.
- Mentor and guide other developers to uphold coding standards and best practices.

**About you**

We are looking for a proactive and skilled developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality web solutions. We are looking for a thought leader who is keen to mentor, coach and transform ways of working, processes and practices within our team.
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development frameworks.
- Proficient in writing scalable server-side code using NodeJS and/or C#.
- Technical Leadership with the ability to guide and mentor other developers.
