**Nightshift Supervisor**

Icepak is a Chilled & Frozen Distribution network across New Zealand, working in temperatures between 10 degrees to -18 degrees has its own challenges - _Ultimately it is a Cool Work Environment_

As our Nightshift Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring all products are handled in accordance with the customer's specification and the inventory and loads are correctly recorded. You will also be responsible for the daily allocation of work tasks, staffing requirements and supervision within the ELA / warehouses. This is a fast paced, hands on role and will keep you on your toes.

**What you'll need**:

- Experience leading and managing teams
- The ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with people at all levels, and externally
- Good organisation skills
- Team Player

This role will suit someone who is a fantastic communicator, who can manage multiple requests, keep cool under pressure and work together with our wider team.
