**What you will be doing**

As we continue to transform our end-to-end supply chain, we have an opening for a Control Tower Analyst to join our high performing Supply Chain Transformation team. This role will be instrumental to our ongoing supply chain transformation programme, with a specific focus on supporting the development and implementation of an end-to-end supply chain Control Tower.

This role will combine analytical and operational expertise to improve customer experience and end-to-end customer fulfilment performance, you will do this by developing effective quantitative models and visualisations to monitor supply chain execution, identify and measure risk, expose improvement opportunities and prompt urgent action to intercept potential customer fulfilment failures.

**What you will bring to the role**

Along with a relevant qualification in supply chain, computer science or information systems you will have a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations. You will possess strong analytical and quantitative modelling capability, the ability to code in SQL is a requirement and experience using Python and/or R is preferred, you will need to be highly capable in using Power BI to build simple but effective enterprise level dashboards.

A curious and continuous improvement mindset is essential along with excellent problem-solving skills, you will have the ability to build credibility across the business by using effective relationship management techniques, while being able to interact with stakeholders across the business to resolve customer fulfilment issues.
